6. Decide what color scheme you would like.

• We can design a color scheme for you.
• If you prefer you can choose your own color scheme by choosing from the web-safe, non-dithering colors on this RGB Color Chart (Click the "Back" button on your browser to return to this page). The non-dithering colors are in the middle six columns.

• When you pick a color, jot down the 6 character code that appears on the chart to the right of the color you want.

• These codes will tell us exactly which colors you would like us to use.
• General color names like green or blue etc. are also acceptable.

7. Decide what you actually want to say on your pages.

• Gather together the text you want to include.
• You may either e-mail us your text as an attachment in ".txt" format or you may mail us your text on a standard IBM-compatible 3.5 inch floppy disk in plain text format.
• If you cannot provide a floppy disk, then simply type or print out the text on plain white 8 1/2 by 11 inch paper.
• We are unable to transcribe handwritten text.
• You are responsible for using proper English, grammar and spelling.
• Copy editing is not included in our pricing, but is available for an additional fee.
• In all cases clearly, and as accurately as possible, indicate where you would like the text segments to be placed on your site.

8. Masthead/Banner

• We can design whatever you have in mind or we can come up with a design for you.

9. Other graphics (Beyond those that we will design for you)

• Decide what graphics you would like to use on the site. They can be either public domain or client-provided (photos, logos, pictures, animated gifs etc).
• If you are sending your graphics on a floppy disk, you will need to write the name of the graphics on a piece of paper (or include a txt file on the disk) and a brief note telling us which page you would like each one to be placed (If you have a preference).
• If you are sending drawings or photos to be scanned, identify each graphic by naming it on the back or putting a "yellow sticky note" on each graphic.
• NOTE: All graphics must be in a PC compatible format (jpg, bmp, gif etc.)

  Keywords: Any number of keywords viewers might use to find the site.
  Description: 25-word (200 character maximum) sentence describing the site.
